Keto is working but I need to find some good recipes to keep it interesting.
I'm so sad. I saw a movie last night where they were eating a huge, delicious looking piece of chocolate cake and now I want some sooooo bad. A friend sent me a sugar free, 3 carb brownie recipe but I know it won't be the same. lol
255.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your strength will come - it just takes a bit of time. It took me a while to separate my "head hunger" from my "belly hunger" - but once it happened, I was in control. The same can happen to you!
