wow worked out twice today i like walkout opening up the island i dont think a real brisk walk after work hurts made a good chicken salad tonite once i can acess my money im going to get some zucchini i felt good on those days and didnt over eat veggies want to try cheesecake with choclate chips and a chocolate cool whip for topping im going to make the chicken thing again
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
