Well, a little hiccup but I am still miles ahead of where I was. I have been at a base that has a coffee bar and a burger king. There have been indulgences.

I also went to a tiny base for a day. They had zero food choice. For dinner, there was only fried chicken and french fries. I indulged.

I am waiting for a shipment of supplements. That will help put me on track.

Hopefully, the internet connection will be good enough for me to watch this HBO documentary, "The Weight of a Nation".
289.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
