I ran a 5k this weekend. It was awesome. And...I ate a lot of food. But starting today I'm going to try fluctuating my calorie intake. See if that's the problem I'm having.
*sigh* My bar is red again. I was orange so long, too...Well, I'll keep on doing Insanity and exercising...
