I'm doing well and feeling good.
My motto for 2018:
Stay cool, calm and collected.
Surgery has pretty much healed and I'm out the door today to a Superbowl party. I know there will be lots of amazing food there however, I don't see it as a reason to disrupt my current progress. So I will maintain my status quo.
My clothes have become very loose and I'm in need of the next size down. That's a problem I don't mind having.
I truly hate being cold so the minute the temps rise above 40 I intend to resume daily walking which I love.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday and thanks for letting me check in with you. It does my heart good to have fatsecret as a sounding board!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
