It has been nearly a week since I started counting calories (Jan. 30 - I "reset" on Feb. 1st) and I am happy to see 3 pounds shed. I'm still far from out of the woods, but it was nice to see some movement on the scale for once.
P.S. I know I won't loose 3lb/week - I wouldn't expect to, it's not healthy - I know weight fluctuates, so I am realistic with my expectations... (:
