I starting restricting my carbs (and especially refined sugars) on Wednesday and have already lost 4 lbs. While I understand that my period also just started which means I'm losing retained water, there needs to be some significant weight loss involved as well as I had plateaued at about 146 for about a month. I do intend to keep active -- I have signed up and started training for my second half-marathon at the end of September and I just want to eat healthy, real foods. Au revoir, Franken-food!

Yea the fat stopped dropping once I cut back on the carbs.
