This has been a long month but I was able to stick to my diet and exercise routine really well. It has paid off very well. I hope to lose the next 50 lbs in 4 months. It will be a great birthday present to me if I do it.
293.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
