Really, really upset by this weight gain. Not understanding why this is going in the opposite direction.
Have a personal training session today. But hard to be excited now that I’m at the highest weight I have been at in a long time.
125.2 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
