Good week! Had a feeling I would get results on the scale this week. I am super excited. I've lost 28 pounds so far! Just wanted to see it in print :-) 5.7 to go. Really happy about it. Just got to keep on keeping on! Portion control, portion control, portion control.

I really am impressed with how this web site has helped me stay on track. Not sure I could have done it without it. So helpful!
165.7 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
