binged for breakfast and didn't try to make something healthy and now trying to decide to eat something soon but still have no ideas for healthy alternative, I just end up starving since there isn't anything easy to eat now, and I feel like that's good as at least im not eating the wrong thing but I know that's not good and will lead me to eat worse later , think ill bite the bullet and just make a good meal , :)
