Well that's a surprising drop. Curry, rice, Danish pastry and roast chicken were all included yesterday.
I have a feeling that today might be an up day as I'm already planning a mega sandwich that includes mayonnaise, fried egg, tomato and roast chicken.
152.1 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
