I lost 3 pounds this week! I can't believe that cutting out things with High Fructose sugar can make such a difference! I even feel better without the Highs and lows that eating too much sugar can create! I think I'm on to something! I'm even trying new recipes, so far, so good! I'll measure my waistline soon, and I'm sure the numbers will be down there also!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are doing great. I definitely agree with you that cutting out sugar makes a tremendous difference. I am not as hungry don't have the cravings etc. Good luck to you!
