First day of 8-week challenge, and I am surprised by my office scales, I didn't think I was this low, I weighed in at 156.6 at the doctor's office on Tuesday, but I was dressed differently.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
