It is just so surprising to me that it is so difficult to follow a diabetic friendly diet and not get my weight back up...well...this is just a check in for the week because I only weigh in on Monday evenings...just posting today. not going to obsess about it.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 74.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
