have decided that with only 2 lbs to go-- when ive lost that I shall make another weight challenge perhaps another 14 lbs --- sounds good but got to loose the last 2 lbs first and judging by what I ate last night its not going to be this week-- my fault but that's was only one night and I should be able to spend the next 6 days trying to lose last nights binge and losing a bit more............Isnt it stupid recording a lovely loss and then eating everything in sight--- WHAT A TWIT-- Never mind done it before and ill do it again. Keep trying that's my moto because without it I'm sunk!!!
