MOSTLY followed eating plan this week except the day where I ate 3 SERVINGS of chocolate covered espresso beans in a frantic attempt to stay awake at work. Missed at least 3 and maybe five days of workouts ... lost only one pound but the scale's at least moving in the correct direction!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
