Annoying plateau and I am bouncing between 236 and 240. Waiting for the next drop which should be around 4 lbs. The last 15 pounds has been hard to drop with lots of plateaus but as I get closer to my goal weight I am starting to shift my thinking towards how fit I feel and how my body has changed for the better. Keep doing what has worked so far and ignore the plateau for now.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 55.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
