So the weekend is a diet killer... I got right back on the waggon and started my diet again on monday. My goal is to work harder for an acceptible weekend, lets see if I can pull it off.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekend is a diet killer for sure for me too and I also try and get right back on track on Monday! I've been losing an average of 1.2 lbs per week. I know it could be faster if I change my weekend lifestyle, but I'm not ready to give it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truth is, my idea of exercise on the weekend is playing the Wii and having drinks with my sister!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
