I binged so much today I hate it
140.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1160 kcal Fat: 50.49g | Prot: 39.22g | Carb: 149.70g.   Breakfast: Chunky Style Chicken Noodle Soup, Berries, Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Apple, Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge. Lunch: Berries, Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Caramel & Pretzel. Dinner: 2% Fat Milk, Honey Nut Cheerios. Snacks/Other: Celery , Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Nabisco 100 Cal Oreo Thin Crisps. more...
