I lost weight! I just got back from LA, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. I think I lost weight by walking miles on the Las Vegas strip, Venice Beach boardwalk, Fisherman's Wharf, Alcatraz. I also ate a lot more than 1600 calories. I cant wait to start working out!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
