Loving Fat Smash...only working out 3 times a week but for 45 minutes cardio. Did have some "unallowed" foods and drink, but overall watched it fairly closely. Trying not to eat too much fish/poultry and stick mostly vegetarian.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
