I stayed around 1500 calories yesterday despite eating out. I know that is generally too many calories for my metabolism, but we were celebrating my youngest moving into high school. I am sure the weight will come off. I am not worrying too much about it. This weekend is going to be celebratory as well because my BF and I are celebrating 7 years. :-)
