Maintenance

Increased my activity over the last week and noticed the weight fluctuating. Thighs,arms and tummy are toning as I gain muscle back. Having healthy snacks between meals as per my lifestyle change. Pulled out my old fitbit HR watch and am using that to monitor my heart rate and steps for the day along with Fat secret to monitor my food intake and record weight. I know as I gain more muscle it will help burn fat so the weight will start dropping again. I will keep monitoring this.

I am using technology to keep me accountable and monitor my progress. I won't let it control me or mess with my head. If it does, then I will take a break from technology, not from my new lifestyle.
145.7 lb Lost so far: 65.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love technology for tracking my progress. I use my activity tracker watch, scales, of course, and apps to help with my weight loss. I also keep an Excel spreadsheet with all my daily macros, weight, steps, etc, on it so I can assess how to tweak things as I go along. You're doing so well with your maintenance. It won't be long until I'm there too so I like to follow how you're doing it 🙂
