There we go now!!! It just took three days to undo two days of vacation. At this point, it seems like as long as I can continue to be regular then my weight loss consistently drops. I found out that onions are a good source of fiber, which is great since I like to cook dinner with them.

I took all of the fruit leftover from vacation and froze them for smoothies. This was an idea from my friend that I'm always complaining about. What an outstanding idea she had! For less money, I can make a better tasting smoothie than I can with fruit from the freezer section at the grocery store. I think I will hit up the farmer's market for an even better discount.

People are noticing and telling me all the time that I'm losing weight. Its great! I didn't get this much attention when I was on Nutrisystem even at 182 pounds. I can really see the muscle tone coming through from Zumba class. I had to cut back on my workouts due to how long it takes for me to recover while on this diet. That's the only dissapointment.

I'm happy...its still a challenge to avoid bad foods, but its not such a challenge to eat good foods now!
