I have overdone it on the wine the last few nights, so that number on the scale isn’t moving how I want it to. I’ll be replacing wine with Topochico, increasing calories, and adding a little exercise to kickstart to fat loss.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
