Hey guys perhaps you know this already but maybe consider it, water weight is key on this if you feel that you’re not losing any weight it might be because of it! It’s frustrating, however try to eat less sodium that retains liquids and drink lots of water, I know it’s contradictory but that’s just how it works. My weight changes constantly depending on the water weight. Good luck guys if you ever need any advice I’ll be happy to help!
191.1 lb Lost so far: 63.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Agree never salt anything theres already a ton in everything and 6 bottles (16.9) a day!
