Im trying to Gain weight, can't get myself to eat more than 2000 calories a day :(, supposedly I should eat 2700, anyone here trying to gain weight?

Any tips appreciated.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2390 kcal Fat: 98.90g | Prot: 101.53g | Carb: 244.66g.   Breakfast: Kiri My Kiri, Truffles, Sam's Club French Bread, Tea with Milk, Sugar. Lunch: Sahara Cuisine Stuffed Grape Leaves, Wal-Mart Fried Chicken, Apple Juice, Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with Beef and Rice. Dinner: Honey , Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Truffles, Kroger Salted Peanuts, Tea with Milk, Sugar. more...

Try ensure twice a day, it’ll help!

It’s easy to eat more calories but a little challenge if keep healthy way. More exercises may help. Every meal may contain wholegrain carb,good fat and protein.
