Well, I knew I would gain weight over the break and vacation, so not surprised by my gain. However, it (the gain) is not so much to make me feel like I can't get right back on track. So, straight and narrow going forward to work toward my goal.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
