My official weight this morning is 117.7kg.

I'm so happy with my 1st week results because I cheated yesterday! My fast day was going well until lunchtime when I was out with my brother and he wanted to try a bunny chow from a place we haven't eaten at previously. I ordered a coke zero and then I had to order the 1/4 chicken bunny because he ordered the 1/4 mutton bunny and we wanted to taste both so we had half of each bunny :)

I didn't want to mess up my day any further so when I got home I had some chia seeds mixed with 4 tablespoons of vanilla flavoured whey protein to make a high fibre pudding.

Sometimes we stress too much about following things 100% and when we end up going overboard. A little control is better than none at all :)

259.5 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I had this at Copper Chimney in Durban. Was nice and spicy...thought it was a carrot salad to cool you down next to the bunny...didn't realise it had chillies in...I almost died...awesome for digestion though...hehe

Yea its good to have that cheat meal now and then. Glad to see you losing the extra pudding you put on over the festive period. Keep the discipline you be back to early December weight in no time 👍
