This is the least I've lost so far; I'm trying not to be bummed about it. I know what I did wrong- I had Little Caesar's pizza- two slices and two crazy breads last night and a bunch of popcorn. And on Saturday I had enchiladas and queso dip at our favorite Mexican restaurant. So no big surprise. It just makes me mad because I was so good during the week. But I'll treat this as a wake-up call-- I am on a diet and I do have a goal to achieve and I can't get sidetracked by favorite food distractions. Today is a new day and a new week!
