Weighted in after my shower this morning. Feeling better all the time. The more I loose the more I want to be active. Even going up and down stairs at work, where I was definitely winded before.
294.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
