Today is hard I really already went over my diet I mean every morning I go to the doctor see it medicated and my driver stops at the gas station food and so I get stuff too well he went in by himself today cuz I was sleeping and got me a Danish well I ate it half asleep and realize there was 600 calories in it with what I ate before I'm already at almost my level of not eating anymore for the day so is there a way to recover from this cuz I don't know and I'm really like sad cuz I was doing good for a while I know tomorrow is a new day fresh with no mistakes but how do I recoup today do I just fast for the rest of the day drink water and have a light dinner this is why I gained weight in the first place being in the car all the time I'm really trying it's so hard when you got so many options everyday going to the doctor for example there's a McDonald's right next to it every now and then we get ice cream cone I just need to buckle down more get a little harder on myself maybe add some new things to my workout we will see I've only lost 1 pound this week I'm kind of sad how do you cheer up somebody who's trying so hard but feels like there's no results anyhow I got to get back to what I'm doing get in the mail and walking around cuz it's nice today I will let you guys know how things go but thank you whoever you are for the help

Moonbaby-stay calm and carry on, just know that everyone has a slip up with a "non-program" food items, if you have a slip up, mark it in your food diary and don't cheat the rest of the day. Only do one day at a time, but try to plan your meals, so you know what you are having so you will not be tempted with danish etc. Don't get yourself famished and to where you grab anything. Hope this helps.

Moonbaby - Where are you. I started on this weight lose journey this time because I realized my HP will help me with this as surely directed my alcohol and other substance abuse. Truth is, on my own I have zero willpower- over any addiction whether it's alcohol, weed or food. Right now this support and turning it over is the only thing keeping me on track. We have to be here for one another. Don't give up. Never give up. 🖒❤
