Ok, New Year, time to get back on a diet, before I die. I need help so bad with this, but I have almost no moral support. So, let's start counting calories and drinking no soda.
380.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 180.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
