Starting a new year off right -- joined a gym for the first time! I workout for an hour today with my best friend. We are going to be going 2 more times this week! I'm also starting a rewards program with my parents -- eating healthy, exercise, and drinking lots of fluids will earn me rewards 💪🏼
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
