Today is day one of my Keto diet. I keep starting over and over with all types of diets with no results. I've had a stroke in 2011 and have type 2 diabetes. Diabetic Neuropathy has begun. I'm not typing all if this to say "woe is me" but as a note to myself that if I don't get it right this time my quality of life is gonna suck. So here goes.

Hi Music you'll get it right, you life depends on it! Stick with one diet and follow to a T. There is so much information on keto and there are so many on fs that follow that can give you help.
Type 2 will kill you, you need to make up your mind to end it, it doesnt own you!
Just losing weight will slow it down, but losing even more weight can end it.
