Morning exercise
Gardening: 1 hour
Cleaning: 4 1/2
Insanity: 30 min

Ok, I am going to lose 10 pounds! Yes, I said it a while back but my friend and I started Insanity today and I am really hoping I can get passed a week and a half. That is about as far as I get with Insanity.
I have vacation at the end of July and I really want to be 10 pounds lighter.
So, I MUST stick with it!
Wish me luck and feel free to try and help me keep on track!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
