Ups and downs.. Losing my motivation and not losing abymore inches because ive slacked off the working out for 2 weeks now ;(
135.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been there so many times. Right now my workout is laid out for me on a calendar which makes it so much easier to stick with, but when I'm tired I have a hard time. You only have 10 lbs to go, and you can do this! It's hard at times, but we have to look at why we are really on this journey and if it is worth the effort we can do it. I hope you find your motivation again soon! Good luck!! :)

Thank,you mars2kids! I see we pretty much in same spot trying to get to 125.. I hope we can do this together..:).Last 10 lbs the hardest, huh..esp annoying because I know I will look different much better..
