I've been there so many times. Right now my workout is laid out for me on a calendar which makes it so much easier to stick with, but when I'm tired I have a hard time. You only have 10 lbs to go, and you can do this! It's hard at times, but we have to look at why we are really on this journey and if it is worth the effort we can do it.
