Woot! Going on a downward trend! That's a good sign right? The insanity program is getting a bit easier, but the 15 pound slimdown challenge is tough. It's hard to get all those fruit servings in...
151.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
