Realized that Coconut cream can't be on yhe menu for the time being. My thighs were totally bloated😰 all day after having the Eggs French toast for breakfast (was tasting very good though).
Meals are going to be lower in carbs and Cals will also.be reduced.
56kg next week💪
129.2 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
