Was busy the whole holiday season & coupled with a Malaysia trip earlier & a Christmas 🎄 year end party at my cousins' place, I had indulged in a lot of feasting! Such when I finally have the courage to weigh myself today, I put on 2 kg 😖😖😖!!!
134.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
