UGh.....I'm so tired of gaining all this weight. But, all I've done is eat, eat, eat.
134.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1396 kcal Fat: 60.18g | Prot: 62.55g | Carb: 158.93g.   Breakfast: Cream Substitute (Powdered), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Private Selection Jumbo Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce. Dinner: Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Corned Beef Brisket (Cured). Snacks/Other: Haagen-Dazs Caramel Cone Ice Cream (Container), Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling (1), Fuji Apples, Pear, Giant Eagle Queso Cheese Dip, Crackers. more...
