Happy*Snappy's Journal, 01 January 2018

Well..... penance time. ☺. I'm thankful that fluctuations are not something to be upset about. I sat down and figured out that since I started 185 days ago, I've lost 64.2 lbs. That is an average of 0.347 lbs a day! or 10.7 lbs a month. At that rate I should be at the upper end of my goal weight range by July 1st 2018. Which I have proven over the last 6 months to be completely, comfortably do-able!

My resolution for 2018 is to be in the here and now. To not worry so much about the would have / could have / should haves of life. I am committing myself to making the best possible decisions available at that particular moment in time - every time!

This WOE works for me and is now my life. My previous choices got me DM2, joint pain, depression, embarrassment, guilt......I deserve better than that. I'm choosing better than that for myself for the rest of my life......every minute of every day!

Together we can all help each other succeed!



272.2 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
