Well just had a month off for December - 2 week cruise (though filled with stair climbing, dancing and walking there was also cruise food involved) and 2 weeks of Christmas celebrations with friends and family.
Ready now to start over as the first skate show is in early February, followed by a wedding, some good incentives to get my shape and my fitness back :)
Helpful that the New Year begins on a Monday - traditionally my first low-calorie day of the week - let's go !!
119.5 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
