Wee bit more carbs this week as it's coming to Christmas so a few work parties and alcohol. Next week little chance it's Christmas break and family get togethers! Hey try to stick to the meats and fats where possible. Let's see what next week's weigh in looks like. Now my target 175lbs in sight but may need glasses to see it by next week! Enjoy!!!
