I am loving my new diet. With all my digestion problem gone (took gluten out of my diet) and reducing my carbs, I am starting to lose weight!!! REGULARLY!!!! Counting calories for over a year and a half and had a ridiculous time trying to lose weight after baby #2, but this counting carbs thing has been working and I get to eat BUTTER and BACON... :-D
My only hang up with this diet is that on FatSecret.com they still count the 'Sugar Alcohols' towards the carbs for net carbs and I don't...? Does anyone know how that works? or have I been given inaccurate information?
I am down almost 2 lbs on this and my biggest hang up is sweets over the holidays... Lord give me strength! :)
