Even with the parents and Mothers Day, I still lost a pound!

Started my Supreme 90 Day Workout this Monday, May 14th! Let's see how it goes!!!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
