This week I stayed the same, I have been walking really a lot and I walked before Tops today, I am 6 lbs from goal. So hoping for a good loss next week.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
