I have lost 4 lbs. in the past few days. I have had great workouts, but most importantly, I have curtailed my snacking. I want to lose another 4 lbs. and I'll be happy. I have a shoulders and arms workout tonight. One of my favorites!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 67.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
