Back down from the weekend :) Oh I really hope I get to see the 280's soon, I'm so ready for them! It feels like I have been in the 290’s for a long time already. But on that note:

Going away for the long weekend this weekend, should be a really good time. Just hope I don't have too many temptations lol. I'll do my best to steer clear of too many bad food choices, but it shouldn't be that hard, since I'm the one doing all the food shopping lol. Healthy food for everyone all weekend! My family might be a little upset so I'll make sure to throw in a treat or two, but for the most part I hope to feed everyone some very healthy and delicious food!!

Anyone have any good ideas for some healthy treats??
I could really use some ideas before I go shopping tonight.

one healthy treat I've always loved since I was a kid that is super easy and fast is ants on a log :) http://allrecipes.com/recipe/ants-on-a-log/

Everyone - if you copy the link (which doesn't come out in journals) and make sure it has 'ants on a log' at the end. It will bring the recipe up..... I be that is also good, with low fat cream cheese, instead of PB
